Allow the salon musicians of the Sinfonieorchestra Basel to take you on a journey back to the year 1912: The Salle Belle Epoque of the Grand Hotel Les Trois Rois will transform into the lounge of the magnificient à la carte dining hall of the Titanic, the largest und most glamorous cruise ship the world has ever seen. Dressed in elegant uniforms, golden harps on every lapel, the musicians take their seats and commence to play the finest salon music.
Your host for the night will be Christian Sutter, a former solo double bass of the SOB, who, as a young ship musician in 1978, traveled the world for three months on a cruise ship.
