If reverence and profound boredom are what the words "classical music" mean to you, you'll change your mind after an Igudesman & Joo show. "There's no difference between E music and F music", as the comedy duo's credo has it: "E stands for entertainment, F stands for fun." After first appearing on YouTube, their hilariously crazy interpretations of the classics of orchestral literature now delight audiences from Moscow to New York.

On the programme for their concert in Basel, BIG Nightmare Music, are works by Wolfgang Amadeus Mozart, Serge Rachmaninov, Johann Sebastian Bach, Antonio Vivaldi, Richard Strauss and Ludwig van Beethoven – together with a few pieces of their own.
