Beethoven's Fifth Piano Concerto involves the soloist in a completely new way, often like another voice of a powerful orchestra. Such a delicate task, which requires a great deal of sensitivity, is of course in the best hands with Lars Vogt. 

No less revolutionary is Beethoven in the ballet music Die Geschöpfe des Prometheus. The ballet music is complemented here by new texts by the Basel writer Alain Claude Sulzer, which find in the actor Peter Simonischek a strong character mediator.
