The north-east of Chad is shaken after years of violent conflict. Most of the women and girls are widowed and impoverished, and as illiterate women without education they have hardly any chance of earning a living. The project ‹Corridors of Peace Chad› aims to show the women how they can support themselves and earn money. In addition, a training centre is to be built, where knowledge and skills are to be imparted that will give the women the freedom to provide for themselves and pass on this knowledge to future generations.

Representatives of ‹Corridors of Peace Chad› will be present at the concert and answer questions about the project.
