In 2021, Janosch celebrates his 90th birthday. The putting on stage of Der Josa mit der Zauberfiedel (‹Josa and the magic fiddle›) pays homage to the author and illustrator. Josa is small and not strong at all, unlike his father. One day, however, he is given a magic fiddle by a bird. Not much bigger than a feather, the violin can make its listeners grow tall and strong or very small. The brave Josa and the fiddle thereupon embark on an adventurous journey: to the moon.
