POSTPONED, DATE TO BE DEFINED 

In the 2021/22 season, Mädchenkantorei Basel celebrate their 30th anniversary. When asked about the topic of a new choral work with orchestra created especially for this occasion, the young female singers wanted a project that would not only give them a musical voice, but also a political one, which reflects on female voices in a social and individually considered manner. The result is a polyphonic chant in several chapters, bringing out the past, present and future of female life in Basel and Switzerland in a wide variety of ways.
