Engelbert Humperdinck created "Hänsel und Gretel", the most successful fairytale opera of all time. The Basel Symphony Orchestra will perform a shortened version arranged for chamber ensemble at the two Christmas concerts for the benefit of the 'BaZ hilft' foundation.
