Mobility
The Stadtcasino Basel is wheelchair-accessible and has wheelchair-accessible toilets and numbered wheelchair spaces. Seats for accompanying persons are available in the immediate vicinity of the wheelchair spaces.
Accompanied concert visits
Would you like to go to a concert – but not alone? Would you like to be accompanied? Call us to reserve your PLUS1 ticket. We will arrange for an companion to assist you with your cultural visit. We need one week's notice to arrange this.

Hearing assistance
Wherever possible, all speeches and other spoken elements are amplified electronically. The Stadtcasino Basel is fitted with an induction loop. This enables hearing aid users to receive spoken content wirelessly, provided their hearing aid is equipped with a compatible receiver.
Assistance dogs
Assistance dogs are permitted in our venues. At the Stadtcasino Basel, your assistance dog can also wait for you at the cloakroom if required.

We are constantly working to make our website as accessible as possible and to provide it with useful information.
Tickets
Holders of a Swiss disability card (IV-Ausweis) receive a CHF 5 discount. People accompanying a visitor with a disability are admitted free of charge (reservation via the orchestra office).

Concert introduction
We offer our audience free concert introduction talks before all symphony concerts. The talks begin at 6:30 pm in the concert hall.
