The chamber music series ‘Relaxed Performances’ is aimed at all people, with or without disabilities, who benefit from a barrier-free environment and feel comfortable in a relaxed and casual concert atmosphere.

In addition to accessibility, strong lighting effects or loud volumes are avoided. A quiet room is provided where people who need a break can withdraw. Greater freedom of movement is ensured in the audience hall, and a variety of seating options are offered. The doors always remain open. Noise in the audience area is allowed. Service animals may be taken into the hall.

A cello quartet from the Sinfonieorchester Basel offers a colourful programme across the musical literature: great emotions, captivating melodies and masterful interpretations are guaranteed.
